By visiting our website, creating an account on the Sampath Senanayake Student Portal, or submitting any educational form (such as O/L Result Submissions or Class Registrations), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and authorize the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein.
If you are under 18 years of age, you confirm that you have obtained permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian before providing personal information.
User Data We Collect (දත්ත රැස්කිරීම)

We strictly limit the data collected to what is required to maintain class records and deliver academic services:
Student full name, email address, and active WhatsApp mobile number used for sending class schedule alerts and Zoom access links.
Current school, Grade (Grade 6–11), physical tuition center (Apex, Icon, Samadhi, Oasis, etc.), and examination index number.
O/L grades and achievement proofs submitted voluntarily by students celebrating top exam accomplishments.
Secure hashed passwords managed via enterprise-grade Supabase Auth. We never store or view raw passwords.
How Your Data Is Used & Protected

Your user data is utilized strictly for the following educational purposes:
- Class & Portal Verification: Authenticating enrolled students into portal dashboards, recordings, and digital question sets.
- Academic Communications: Sending timetable changes, exam notifications, and lesson updates directly to your registered WhatsApp or phone number.
- No Commercial Monetization: We will never sell, rent, or trade your contact info or personal details to third-party telemarketers or advertisers.
- Robust Encryption: All information in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3, and databases are protected with role-based access control.
Student Account Responsibilities & Conduct

When using the Student Portal and attending lectures, students agree to adhere to the following standards:
- Accurate Details: Provide genuine names, accurate contact numbers, and legitimate examination numbers.
- Single User License: Portal accounts are strictly personal. Sharing credentials or passwords with unregistered individuals is prohibited.
- Respectful Communication: Refrain from inappropriate behavior, harassment, or spam on interactive discussion boards or live session chats.
Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy Policy

All video lessons, Zoom recordings, Sinhala grammar modules, theory tutes, and model examination papers are the exclusive intellectual property of Sampath Senanayake.
